Centrally located in historic downtown Winchester with views of the county courthouse. Apartment is upstairs in a building that was originally used as a carriage repair shop. It is within walking distance to lots of unique shops and restaurants and the Bluegrass Heritage Museum. Walk or drive to the Farmers Market (seasonal) on historic Depot Street on Saturday mornings. The Red River Gorge/Natural Bridge area is 40 minutes east. Lexington is a short 20-30 minutes west.
The space
Charming apartment located upstairs in a historical building with all the comforts of home. A great place to relax and unwind after visiting family, attending a local festival or event, or having a weekend getaway adventure.Full kitchen is equipped with all the things you need to make a home-cooked meal if you want to stay in. There is a dining table that seats four, that also doubles as a great place for a board game, puzzle or cards (all provided). Living room offers a smart TV with streaming services.
Queen-sized bed and queen-sized air mattress with linens & pillows that can be set up in the living room for additional 1-2 people.
Wi-Fi access provided.
Guests must be able to climb stairs.

One 24-hr parking space is provided behind the building in gravel lot. Must walk around to front to access stairs to apartment.Street parking on the front and in the alley during business hours (Mon-Fri 8am-5pm) is limited to two hours. Overnight street parking is permitted Mon-Fri 5pm-8am and all weekend 5pm Fri-8am Mon.
