Downtown Winchester EDC

Winchester’s Downtown area is an Entertainment Destination Center (EDC). At designated times, participating licensed businesses may allow their guests to venture off site with to-go alcoholic beverages. Individuals may explore EDC common areas on foot or visit other participating esablishements.
