For the health enthusiast, the Preserve will serve as our backdrop for some much needed exercise after Thanksgiving. This hike is strenuous, and there are very rest opportunities. The hike begins at the Main Entrance (0.7 mile north of Hall’s on the River on Athens-Boonesboro Rd.). Pets are not permitted in state nature preserves.

PLEASE NOTE: We will social distance on the hike. Participants must bring a mask and be prepared to wear it if we are in an area where social distancing is difficult.
